Yuan Meng Shanghai 1930, the name of this restaurant is very elegant and comfortable. As soon as I heard the name of the restaurant, it is not difficult to guess that the main dish is local cuisine. This restaurant is still more atmospheric.

I braved the cold and headed out for a meal at the Wantirna club- having been there before- j had some idea of what I was facing on the menu- the normal pub fare. I was so pleasantly surprised when I read through the chefs specials- delicious sounding meals at reasonable prices I went with the Twice Cooked Pork Belly- my dining partner had the Malibu Prawn Curry. My meal was amazing- served on a purple cabbage with tangy sauce- crunchy pork belly- great quality meat and cooked to perfection. It seems a very contemporary meal for this place- it was $30- and one of the best dishes I&#39;ve ever eaten. The portion size was great- the flavours intense- amazing dining experience. The Malibu prawn curry was a trendy that has replaced Garlic Prawns on the menu. Very appropriate substitute - delicious- again, generous portions and busting with flavour The Club has certainly lifted its game in the bistro. We noticed a variety of craft beers on tap and a really nice positive atmosphere. The staff were friendly- and upbeat We don&#39;t play the pokies and found that the layout of the venue means we can pretty much ignore the fact they are even there. From the moment we were greeted at reception by the staff member who also drives the courtesy vehicle we were made to feel welcome. She also checked on us once we were leaving to see how our experience went. This is a place I would recommend and will be a regular visit for us

很是道地的一家上海菜 第一次光顾感觉还不错 红烧肉简直跟在国内吃的味道一样 老鸭汤真的鲜甜 很是喜欢 环境各方面也都还不错 距离家也不是很远 应该会经常光顾

Very authentic Shanghai cuisine, the first time I visited, I felt pretty good. The braised pork was almost the same as the taste of eating in China. The old duck soup was really sweet. I liked it. The environment was not bad. It was not very far from home. I should frequent it.
